Service Description
PLEASE CHECK BACK ON OCTOBER 1st, 2024 TO BEGIN BOOKING EVENTS FOR 2025 THE FEE TO RENT OUR ICE CREAM BIKE *STARTS* AT $650.00 this includes:: // delivery + pickup* of the bike within 12 miles of our shop in s. oceanside // a standard floral arrangement with seasonal flowers for the back basket // all of the items to serve your guests including a menu of the ice cream flavors, napkins, dry ice, etc TACOS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PRICE AND ARE PRICED SEPARATELY BASED ON THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE YOU WOULD LIKE TO SERVE AT YOUR EVENT the pricing breakdown is as follows for our standard flavor options : : : : 1-49 tacos // $7.00 each : : 50-99 tacos // $6.75 each : : 100-149 tacos // $6.50 each : : 150 + tacos // $6.25 each Custom floral arrangements start at $100.00 * PLEASE NOTE: Delivery and pickup outside of the 12 mile radius is an additional charge per mile
Cancellation Policy
We know that you are going to have a wonderful time at your event, and we are so excited to be there. Please be aware that the $650.00 is the booking deposit and does not include any ice cream tacos, travel outside of 12 miles from our shop, custom arrangements, or any additional fees. You will receive a separate quote and remaining invoice that will be due on the day of your event. We understand that you may need to reschedule or cancel your event. If that is the case, we can accept cancellations for an event up to two weeks (14 days) before your event for a full refund. Cancelling within the two week before your event will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of an event, the entire quoted amount will still be due on the day of your scheduled date. Rescheduling an event is subject to our availability and is not guaranteed.
