THE STORY
we started selling ice cream from a small little window in Leucadia. The girls who helped serve our guests at our pop-up window would always listen to this song. It dawned on us then that banana pancake would be a great flavor to make, and it has been one of our top-sellers ever since.
WHAT'S IT TASTE LIKE?
This ice cream tastes like real bananas…not the fake banana flavor. That is, of course, because it does in fact have real roasted organic bananas in it; whole ones that are roasted up with a dusting of brown sugar on them. We add a touch of cinnamon and a good dose of maple syrup for good measure. Then we add chocolate chips for texture (and taste) but mostly texture.
