THE STORY
We received a large crate of guava from our friends over at the Golden Grove farm. For the spring season we created four flavors under the theme of ‘Superbloom’ given all the rain we saw this season. We knew that San Diego showers bring a surplus of flowers and it only seemed fitting. This flavor surely pulls its roots from my cocktail days. Elderflower liquor made a star out of any cocktail you threw it in. It is light, refreshing and super tasty. We paired the elderflowers with the delicious tropical guava puree. You could totally picture yourself sitting on one of our beautiful CA beaches along the coast with your lil’ toes in the water enjoying a cone of this flavor.
WHAT'S IT TASTE LIKE?
This flavor is light and floral. It definitely lends some tropical feels to these early spring months. We did not go overboard with the mix-ins with this flavor, but there are a number flavor notes that surface throughout your time enjoying this scoop
