THE STORY
Cyprus Grove is one of our experimental flavors that we created to try something different. We wanted to know what it would taste like if we steeped cyprus branches in an ice cream. What would our senses think? One of our favorite cheese brands is Cyprus Grove Chevre. A self-proclaimed 'hippy mom' took two goats and turned them into a whole herd to make some of the best cheese on the west coast. We thought we could use her tenacity and dedication as inspiration for this flavor. We added goat cheese to the cyprus base and swirled in a bit of blueberry as a grounding element. We learned a lot from this flavor. We hope you give it a try!

Cyprus Grove is an earthy flavor. This is a flavor that may entice even the most novice adventurers to head to parts unknown.
