THE STORY
Rootbeer floats make everyone happy. And since we don’t sell (and probably won’t ever), sell soda, this is a really fun way to get that flavor as an actual ice cream. And guess what?! It’s the best!! We use the French meringue cookies as a way to get that same texture you get when you pour root beer onto ice cream, and the carbonation freezes a little. Why? Because that’s the frickin’ best part of a root beer float; that’s why!!
WHAT'S IT TASTE LIKE?
This flavor tastes just like a frozen root beer float. It's uncanny, really.
