THE STORY
This was the first flavor of ice cream that truly felt different from any flavor we had made to date. When we set out to make, 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,' we hoped to achieve the goal of making an ice cream taste just like caramel popcorn without actually putting popcorn in the end product. Somehow, we succeeded. In turn, this flavor opened a creative door for us. The process of building this flavor taught us that the sky is truly the limit when it comes to infusing flavor in ice cream. 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood' is the first flavor we made where we felt like we were onto something unique. It is the reason Little Fox exists today.
WHAT'S IT TASTE LIKE?
This flavor is meant to taste just like caramel popcorn. And it does!! The honeycomb was added to simulate the texture and the crunch of popcorn, while the toasted corn helps us achieve the exact flavor of the popcorn itself.
WHAT MAKES THIS FLAVOR SPECIAL
This is the first flavor we created that is unique to Little Fox. It was the first time we really experimented with flavor in a way that we hadn't before, and it opened our minds to experimentation.
