THE STORY

Have you read the Roald Dahl book or seen the 1990’s movie, Matilda? NO?! What the!! Ok well, the principal in the movie is a pretty awful human, and she forces this kid to eat an entire chocolate cake in front of the whole school as punishment for eating her slice of cake. So we made our version of that in ice cream form. Also…people love chocolate, and cake...and who wouldn't want a chocolate cake in ice cream form?

WHAT'S IT TASTE LIKE?

We are very proud of our chocolate ice cream because we melt real, fair-trade, 70% cocao chocolate right into the ice cream itself. This results in our very rich chocolate ice cream that is downright addictive. It is also so rich that you only need a small amount of it to satisfy even your deepest chocolate craving. With bits of flourless chocolate cake and a rich chocolate ganache swirled into it, it really is a flavor for the most die-hard chocolate lover.
