OCEANSIDE TEAM LEAD
We are looking for a strong, team-oriented leader to join our Oceanside team. The person we are looking for works well with others, prioritizes hospitality, is well organized, and loves ice cream. This role requires a person who can dedicate a minimum of 25 hours per week and someone who has a mix of day, evening and weekend availability.
EXPECTATIONS OF THE ROLE
Scooping Ice Cream for Guests
// make each one of your guests feel welcome + well-cared for
// turn each new guest into a returning regular
// uphold an extensive knowledge of all our Little Fox products
// maintain a working knowledge of our rotating ice cream menu and be able to explain all items
// assist in explaining our different flavors to your guests + serve them tasters if requested
// accurately scoop our ice cream into cups or our homemade waffle cones per our guests orders
// be able to explain allergens to a guest with food sensitivity or dietary restrictions
// ensure guests have all items they need for a satisfying visit
// maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the shop premises

// maintain a supportive relationship with all other members of staff in the front + back of house
// maintain an honest and compassionate environment where all coworkers feel respected
// gracefully assist all members of team Little Fox in understanding and upholding their roles within the team
// creating the weekly schedule for all Oceanside FOH employees

// accurately maintain bank counts
// maintain shop inventory
// have the willingness + availability to step in and cover shifts when needed
// teach new staff members the processes and procedures of their role

We are looking for a congenial, ice cream-loving person to join Oceanside team. The person we are looking for works well with others, prioritizes hospitality, is kind. This role requires a person who can dedicate a minimum of 25 hours or 3-4 shifts per week. Weekend and evening availability is required
