LONDON FOG

THE STORY
Right before I started Little Fox, my mom came to visit. I took her to get a coffee at Ironsmith in Encinitas. She doesn't drink coffee much, but loves their London Fog and gets it each time she visits. Over that cup of coffee, I was telling her all about the dream I had to create a little ice cream shop. I explained to her that I wanted the flavors to be unique but intentional; flavors you couldn't find in every other ice cream shop. She asked that I make a London Fog flavor specifically for her. ☺️
WHAT'S IT TASTE LIKE?
We make this ice cream using an organic Earl Grey tea from Monterey Bay Spice Co. and whole vanilla beans from our friends over at Sava Trading Co. We add in a salted shortbread for texture as the perfect complement to a cup of tea. This is a true stand-by flavor.
