THE STORY
This is a very rich chocolate ice cream with a homemade marshmallow fluff that we torch and brulee before drizzling it into the ice cream. We also make our own graham cracker crumble that we add to this ice cream. Why? Because we found that our homemade graham cracker boasts so much flavor compared the the large, factory-made version.
WHAT'S IT TASTE LIKE?
Our chocolate ice cream is very rich. We are proud of that. If you are into chocolate but are not a chocolate purist, this is the flavor for you.
