THE STORY

 What you do you get when you put chai with an apple? Ch-apple Rhone, of course!!!

WHAT'S IT TASTE LIKE?

This flavor is made with an apple cider from Smit Farms. They are a local fruit tree grower here in California. You can also find them at the Leucadia farmers' market. We take cream and steep it with a chai tea from Monterey Herb Co., then make a caramel with it. Finally, we soak apple slices in Cotes Du Rhone wine and dehydrate them so that the flavor really lives up to her namesake. It basically tastes like we boiled winter down and made it into an ice cream. It's h-o-t-t-o-g-o if you know what we mean.
