we make all of our ice cream from scratch. that means we start with cream, milk, and eggs and add all kinds of great ingredients to make some pretty unique flavors. one of the favorites right now is our 'spruce it up' a spruce tip cream (yes, from lil' pine tree) with ginger toffee ...sounds weird and a lil' different... but you've got to try it.
